2. Giveaway Description
During the "Paint The City Orange" activations, participants can win an exclusive limited edition Monkey Shoulder bomber jacket by:
Sharing a photo of their Monkey Shoulder experience at one of the participating bars on Instagram,
Including a Monkey Shoulder tag.
3. Entry Requirements
Participants must be 18 years or older.
Valid only for visitors at participating bars during the activation days.
Employees of Typhoon Hospitality and Monkey Shoulder are excluded from participation.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. Giveaway Period
The giveaway runs per city until the Monday following each activation:
Amsterdam – until May 12, 2025
Rotterdam – until May 19, 2025
Utrecht – until May 26, 2025
The Hague – until June 2, 2025
5. Prizes
One Monkey Shoulder bomber jacket will be given away per city, for a total of four winners. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
6. Winner Selection & Contact
Winners will be selected at random by Typhoon Hospitality.
Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM within 5 days after the activation date.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.
7. Liability
The Organizer is not liable for technical errors, communication delays, or any issues beyond its control affecting participation or prize delivery.
8. Data Protection
Any personal data will only be used for the execution of this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, in accordance with the GDPR.
9. Instagram Disclaimer
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility.
10. Final Provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel this giveaway or its terms at any time if circumstances require it.
